Maple Garlic Fried Sausage
3 Tbsp Butter
4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Fresh Minced Garlic
1 Pkg (approx. 1.5lbs) Garlic Farmer/Old Fashioned Garlic Farmer Sausage
In pan over medium heat melt butter, maple syrup and garlic. Cut sausage into 1/2" "dollars". Place in pan cut side down and fry for 5 minutes. Flip sausage over to other side and fry for another 5 minutes.
The right pan temperature will carmalize the sugars, too much heat will burn and too little will not carmalize.
Serve with potatoes fried with green onions.
