Our procedure when we receive your meat:

  1. Weigh your animal carcass or boneless meat.
  2. Discuss your options including flavours, casing, vacuum packaging etc..
  3. Write up your order as per your instructions.
  4. Estimate the bill and wait time.
  5. Charge 30% deposit of estimated amount.
  6. Make your product with the meat you brought in separate from any others.
  7. Use pork picnics, lean beef, pickled jalapenos, real cheddar cheese, and other high-quality ingredients.
  8. Offer a great selection of sausage, jerky, cold cuts etc.
  9. Complete your order in a timely, accurate and delicious manner.
  10. Call to let you know your order is complete. Allow one full week for pickup before any storage charges are applied.
  11. Check off and load your order up for you when you pick it up.

Game Meat Processing Disclaimer Notes

  • We will store your completed order for one week free of charge. Storage charges $0.20/lb per day thereafter will be applied. After 7 days your order may be donated to the food bank. You must pay the invoice either way. We are not a storage facility.
  • Wild game carcasses and portions deemed by us to be excessively contaminated will be refused or returned. A handling fee may be applied.
  • We make your own batch from the meat you bring in, separate from any others. As such, feel free to discuss with us other flavours, ingredients or recipes you would like us to make for you.
