Livestock Meat Processing Disclaimer Notes

  • Processing Services for animals delivered live to TNT Abattoir.
  • Cattle age will be determined by the presence of incisors unless a birth record is provided before slaughter.
  • Cattle and bison must be delivered with a CCIA tag present in the ear.
  • All livestock must be delivered with a transport manifest.
  • Jerky is priced in wet (raw) meat weight.
