Per pound (lbs) services charged by hot hanging weight unless otherwise specified.

Smokehaus Meats Custom Order Storage Policy:
We will notify you when your custom order is ready by phone call. We will store your order for 7 days with no storage fees from that point to allow for pick up at your convenience. To make pick-ups more efficient and timely please call us at 306 955 9791 to advise us that you are picking up. Orders remaining after 7 days will be subject to storage fees of $14.00 flat charge plus $4 per box/item per day. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be liquidated at Smokehaus discretion with the balance of invoice requiring payment. Thanks for helping us provide great custom processing service!

Livestock Meat Processing Disclaimer Notes

  • Processing Services for animals delivered live to Smokehaus Plant.
  • Cattle age will be determined by the presence of incisors unless a birth record is provided before slaughter.
  • Cattle and bison, lambs and sheep must be delivered with a CCIA tag present in  ear.
  • All livestock must be delivered with a transport manifest.
  • Jerky is priced in wet (raw) meat weight.
