Our smokies became so popular when we started making them 12 years ago we just had to add a bunch of different varieties. Watch for our summer flavours from May to September. All are naturally smoked and fully cooked so you can simply heat and enjoy. Read the label! Some of our smokies have an edible casing and some must be peeled.
